The Great Outdoors.

I'm a Utah kid.  Because of this, some people assume a lot of different things about me. The only thing that my origin actually means is that I have grown up at the bottom of a mountain and spent my whole life climbing up.

This hasn't changed as I have gotten older. In fact, my desire to be outside is just as strong as ever - despite the frosty wins and blistery snow. Thankfully, my roommate is also a Utah kid and she understands the fever. This means that when fresh snow falls down, not only does she like snowshoeing, she suggests it!

Sometimes bundling up, strapping on some snowshoes and trekking across the mountainside for a few hours is just what the doctor ordered. Sometimes you just need to spend some time outside with a good conversationalist and a great view to rejuvenate your mind. Sometimes forsaking books for mountains helps you do better in your classes. Especially during midterm season.

So here's a stereotypical Utah kid post describing my love of the great outdoors and my gratitude for Elise's desire to explore it with me.
